STAFF — Rocky Mountain High

Volunteering is a powerful way to make an impact—and we welcome all ages! Applicants must be at least two years out of high school by the time of the event.
We have multiple teams, from those needing specific skills to those simply looking for willing hands. If serving is your passion, support staff could be a great fit! Check out the Staff Team Roles sheet for a quick overview of each team’s responsibilities.
When applying, you’ll indicate your strengths (e.g., extrovert or introvert; organized or flexible; patient or direct) along with any special skills or certifications. You’ll also provide references. If selected, we’ll match you to the team that best aligns with your gifts.

All staff are required to be at the YMCA in Estes Park, CO by Thursday, July 23 @ 5pm and will stay until Wednesday, July 29 @ noon (12pm).
Please note the departure time (especially if you are booking flights). It is later than the participant departure time. Staff have to tear-down and clean up the event AND then we end our time together with a big thank you and a time of debriefing and sharing.

If your spouse would like to apply to be on staff, that’s awesome! Serving together with your spouse is a great opportunity.
Regarding your family, we do not allow any staff to bring children/infants (If your child is registered as a participant, that is great - they will be housed with their church group).
We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s lodging preferences (included in the registration). But please remember, you’re coming to serve, not for a vacation!

You will be contacted via email 1-2 weeks after you submit an application regarding your acceptance or decline. As much as we would like to accept everyone who applies, we many not be able to. Your interest is appreciated either way!
Then, you’ll receive another email with team assignments from your Organizing Team leader with more details & instructions!
