Registration Cost

SYM Partners: $445 / person

Non-SYM Partners: $495 / person

This includes lodging, meals, and all event programming.

Registration Timeline

February 1: Registration opens for SYM Partner students and adult leaders.
Partial refunds are available at this time.

March 15: Registration opens for non-SYM Partner students and adult leaders.

May 2: Registration closes.
NO refunds available after this date.

May 10: Payment invoices are sent out to churches.

May 24: All final payments are due.
Replacements (gender-based) for cancelled students are allowed.

June 15: NO changes or replacements after this date.

(Refunds for inability to attend the event because of unforeseen circumstances will be dealt with on a case by case basis.)

Steps to Register

Click the REGISTER NOW button below. (This will take you to our registration program called Brushfire.)

  1. VERY IMPORTANT: Click the JOIN A GROUP button.

    • Select your church group.

      • If you do not see your church's name, ask your group leader!

    • Type in the passcode for your group.

      • If you do not know this, ask your group leader!

  2. Type in the Access Code for your group and click the check button.

  3. Choose the Student (or Adult) Registrant Type

    • Choose your payment amount and choose quantity. (It’s going to be 1 unless you’re signing up multiple children.)

  4. Fill out the event registration form and pay for your portion of the registration cost.

    • IMPORTANT: Don’t forget your group’s Promo Code at checkout!

  5. You’ll receive a confirmation email for this registration purchase. In that email is a link to upload a copy of your insurance card.

IMPORTANT: Don’t forget to sign up for Afternoon Recreation. A link will be sent in your Rocky Mountain High 2023 Registration confirmation email.
